Blender Meals Could You Reccomend Some Good Meals To Add To My 7 Day Meal Plan?

Could you reccomend some good meals to add to my 7 day meal plan? - blender meals

Hey guys, I'm trying to develop a plan for a healthy diet to provide 7 days and I need your help!
Advantages: I have allergies, I have a steamer, food processor, blender, plus, grill, oven.
Cons:) Food for one (sometimes two miles, I hate toast and cereal for breakfast is my biggest problem.
