It can be used, but the beer better, if you have a stainless steel pot flavor. They are fairly inexpensive. Do not use aluminum pan for spaghetti sauce, is not it?

The aluminum metal-May interact with the landlord, but alumina is completely harmless. I open the pot with water and boil for a while to fill. This will result in water and aluminum to provide that a film of aluminum oxide in the pot. Then you can do it without any problems.

Or alternatively, instead of stainless steel.

It is advisable to use non-aluminum products to cook or food that are highly acidic store, such as:
Rhubarb
Pass
many soft fruits
Because aluminum can affect the taste of these foods, especially if they are stored in aluminum containers for an extended period. A study showed that about 20% aluminum in the diet through the use of cookware and aluminum foil comes. However, other studies have shown that contribute to the use of aluminum cookware little to the amount of aluminum, which we take from our food.

Another metal that is in relatively low concentrations in beer is made of aluminum. Aluminum is the most abundant metal in the earth's crust and is found in almost all foods. A survey by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAFF) have discovered that beer contains 5 to 6500 ppb aluminum) with an average value of about 100 ppb (about 57 micrograms per liter. This is the same salary for the aluminum-Cola in a box
This appears from the storage of sour beer Scorein aluminum cans and drums;

The stainless steel equipment, and I in my training to use. The main problem with aluminum has always been on the toxicity and discoloration of the yeast. Perhaps only a problem if the metal is cleaned with a glossy finish. I think the same goes for the taste.

Trial and error? Good luck.

Don `t use aluminum, you get a chemical reaction with acids - with the result of their beer is not clear. Custom designed glass, ceramic or plastic for the best results.
